Renting is as simple as picking your item and quantity and providing us an event date and shipping address on checkout.
All prices include free shipping both ways within the continental U.S. - A pre paid return shipping label will be provided
Products will arrive at least 2 days prior to your event and must be returned to any FedEx location within 3 days after your event
All Rental items must be returned within 3 days after your event - excluding weekends/holidays
When returning at a FedEx location, retain your receipt for your records
Items returned greater than 3 days after your event are subject to a late fee as follows: Uplighting - $5 per day per light, Chair covers and Sashes are subject to $0.50 per item per day late fee
In extenuating circumstances please contact us if a return will be late - we are happy to help in what ways we can with the late fee if we are notified in advance
Items lost, damaged, or stolen by any means outside of normal wear and tear are the customers responsibility. We inspect each item prior to shipping to ensure it is in working condition.
Your responsibility for the rental items begins when they are delivered. We recommend that you provide a shipping address at which an individual can receive the package for delivery so that it will not be left unattended. Once you drop off the package at FedEx for return, you are no longer responsible for the rental items.
In the extremely rare occasion of receiving a damaged/defective item in shipping, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt.
Protecting your data is important to us. We use SSL encryption to secure your credit card information when processing orders.
